VP Product Strategy · Enterprise AI Enablement
I lead product strategy for enterprise platforms, and I build the governed AI systems that run them.
Most recently VP Product Strategy at Adaptive, where I repositioned an enterprise jewelry ERP/POS platform for the mid-market. Now building New Compass, a governed multi-agent product platform. I've led enterprise technology across luxury-jewelry retail, financial services, and B2B SaaS, and I still do the build. This site documents both sides.

End-to-end technology leadership
Product strategy and platform simplification, from roadmap and go-to-market through implementation, integration, and modernization. Across financial services, luxury retail, aviation, and ecommerce, leading both onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Not just aware of AI. Using it.
The AI/POC Lab documents what I've actually built, working systems rather than opinions about what AI can do. New Compass, a governed multi-agent product platform that runs product ideas through a full discovery-to-launch lifecycle with human-in-the-loop governance gates. AdmitKit (admitkit.co), a full-stack college-application platform with admission-probability modeling. Roam & Fetch, an AI travel planner. Plus a job-search agent that runs my own pipeline daily. More in progress.
Senior operator. Still gets his hands dirty.
Started as a systems analyst and led the technology behind Harry Winston's growth from $60M to $250M in annual revenue. Ran consulting engagements at Cognizant, then founded IES in 2019. Most recently VP Product Strategy at Adaptive, repositioning an enterprise jewelry ERP/POS platform for the mid-market. I build and lead teams, manage onshore and offshore delivery, and partner with C-suite stakeholders. NYU Stern MBA. Based in Brooklyn.
